KVKK Privacy Notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") by DIJI.TECH (operating the travelads.pro brand), as data controller, to inform people who visit travelads.pro, fill in our forms, register for the client dashboard or use our services.

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by DIJI.TECH (operating the travelads.pro brand) as data controller. Contact: [email protected].

2. Personal data we process

• Identity and contact: full name, email, phone / WhatsApp number, job title
• Company details: company name, website, industry, booking platform and DIJI.TECH products used, ad budget range
• Client transactions: request and message content, support records, contract and invoice details
• Account and security: dashboard user details, password hash, session and IP records, activity logs
• Marketing and usage: newsletter preferences, cookie and analytics data (only with your consent)

3. Purposes of processing

• Responding to free audit, proposal and contact requests
• Entering into and performing service agreements; delivering campaign, reporting and advisory services
• Creating, verifying and securing client dashboard accounts
• Invoicing, accounting and meeting legal obligations
• Sending newsletters and industry content where you have opted in
• Operating, securing and improving the website

4. Legal grounds

Your data is processed under KVKK Article 5/2 on the grounds of entering into or performing a contract (c), our legal obligations (ç), establishing, exercising or defending a right (e) and our legitimate interests, provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f); and, for newsletters, marketing cookies and transfers abroad where required, on your explicit consent (Articles 5/1 and 9).

5. How data is collected

Data is collected electronically and partly by automated means through website forms (free audit, contact, newsletter, registration), the client dashboard, email, phone and WhatsApp correspondence, and cookies.

6. Transfers

Strictly for the purposes above and with appropriate safeguards, your data may be shared with DIJI.TECH group companies, service providers for hosting, email, analytics and AI infrastructure, ad platforms such as Google and Meta when managing your ad accounts, and competent public authorities on request. Transfers to providers with servers abroad follow KVKK Article 9.

7. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Unconverted audit requests are kept for up to 2 years; newsletter records until you unsubscribe.

8. Your rights under KVKK Article 11

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction under KVKK Article 7 and notification of these actions to third parties; to object to outcomes against you produced solely by automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

Send your request to [email protected] with information that verifies your identity. Requests are resolved free of charge within 30 days; where an action involves additional cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board applies.
