travelads.pro works with the sales and advertising data of travel brands. This policy summarizes how we process and protect your personal data and client data when you use our website and client dashboard.

Information we collect

Information you provide in forms and the dashboard (name, email, phone, company, website, industry), performance data from the ad and analytics accounts you grant us access to as part of the service, and technical logs (IP, browser, session).

Client data

Your ad accounts and your sales and margin data are used only to serve you; they are never shared with other clients or sold. Ad accounts remain in your ownership and you can revoke our access at any time. Personal data sent to ad platforms (email, phone) is hashed before it is sent.

Use of AI

We use AI models (e.g. Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) for report commentary, content drafts and analysis. Only the data a task requires is sent to these providers, under enterprise API terms where providers do not use your data for model training. Every AI output is reviewed by our team before it goes live.

Security

Passwords are stored irreversibly (bcrypt); integration keys are encrypted; dashboard access is role-based and all critical actions are logged. Sessions are managed with secure, httpOnly cookies.

Data is shared only as far as necessary with providers of hosting, email, analytics and AI infrastructure, with DIJI.TECH group companies, and with competent authorities where legally required.

Your rights
